Congratulations you are over 18 however you may still be asked to show proof of age. If asked, you can use any of the following official documents to prove your age: A proof of age card. A driver's license issued in Victoria or any other Australian state. Both management and ladies take proof of age very seriously and cannot make any exceptions.

Strictly no phones on entering, when meeting the ladies, and while in the booking unless otherwise permitted by your lady companion. Privacy is of utmost importance to all clients and ladies. We ask that you show respect at all times as compliance is our condition of entry.

We want you to relax and enjoy yourself during your stay. Our receptionist will be in charge of the time and will ring the room when it's time for clean up and to ask if you would like an extension. Our ladies are also aware of time left and can help coach you in preparation for climax... only if that is what you want ;)

We at Scarlet Lady believe that both compliments and complaints are a gift. Getting feedback allows us to know what we are doing right and what we need to do to keep improving. At the time of paying for your booking, we ask that you request a receipt when paying by card so that your booking is actively logged on our system. Doing this allows us to help find and verify your booking even if you do not keep your receipt. When your booking is verified on our system we can take necessary steps to identify and reinforce the good and diminish the bad. Either way, please speak with any of our friendly managers after your bookings. Congratulations on making the wise decision to consider coming to Scarlet Lady! When you arrive, you can expect to walk through our long discreet hallway to the maindoor on your left. Ring the doorbell and our manager will come greet you. You will then be asked to be seated in our introduction room where you each lady will introduce themselves to you by their names. Our receptionist will then ask who you will like to stay with and for how long. Once your booking is put through our system you will be offered an option of a receipt and your booking is officially verified! Verified bookings are important as it will allow us to process positive and negative feedback regarding your stay. After you have gotten your receipt, you will be shown to your room where your chosen lady will meet you. All clients are requested to shower prior to beginning a booking so that our ladies can also take delight in you. Our ladies have different personalities and services so do try to communicate what you are after early in the booking so that consent is on the table(or bed) throughout your play time. When time is almost up, your lady or the house will ask if you would like to extend your stay or finish with a refreshing shower. As you leave we wish you an extra spring in your step and a bigger smile on your face than when you first walked in. You are now ready to tackle what the world has to offer you!

We have clients who book for a variety of reasons and therefore stay for a various durations. Sometimes clients stay with multiple ladies in bookings that are back to back. At the end of your day, the common goal is relaxation, relief, and confirmation that you are never alone.

For most clients who are due for leisure and pampering, we recommend a 60 minute booking so that you are not rushed and will have time to explore yourself and your companion.
